CANCELLATION POLICY

(1) Cancellation of up to 2 rooms before 6 days to arrival date does not attract any charge.
(2) Cancellations of confirmed bookings made less than 6 days to arrival date attracts one night charge.
(3) No show up at the hotel and not cancelling booking attracts full cost of the entire reservation.

 
IMPORTANT: Please note that the bookings made via this form is are tentative booking and do not guarantee you a room on arrival. There have been instances that rooms have been held but guest not showing up. You have to make a financial commitment for your booking to be a guaranteed one. Once a booking is guaranteed, room will be held for you irrespective of the time of your arrival on the day. You can make a one night deposit via mobile money transfer or via bank transfer (we will give you the required details for the transaction)
