When to charge card card for your booking
(Payment should be made NOW or latest 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE. Payment is before arrival and not on arrival). Pls Note that there is between 2 and 3.2% charge for cards such as Discover, American Express and Dinners Club. The total charge including the extra card fees will be processed applying the daily exchange rate of the bank. Your credit card will be charged in full at the time you have specified on the form.

Please note that, if your arrival date is less than 5 days away , you only have to select NOW so that payment can be processed today and final Voucher sent. Provisional confirmation are sent for booking which payments are not yet processed. Final Voucher is sent only when your payment has been processed and payment taken.

CANCELLATION POLICY
(1) Cancellation before 6 days to arrival date does not attract any charge.
(2) Cancellations made less than 6 days to arrival date attracts one night charge.
(3) No show up at the hotel and not cancelling booking attracts full cost of the entire reservation.
